Rainbow Rogues is an inclusive community charity providing safe, supportive spaces for children and families. Their work focuses on wellbeing, inclusion, and creating trusted environments for those seeking community connection and counselling support.

Goal

To strengthen Rainbow Rogues’ digital presence by creating an accessible website, supporting volunteer recruitment, increasing organic brand awareness, and improving visibility for families searching for safe spaces and support services.

Action

ForgeBrand partnered closely with the Rainbow Rogues team to deliver a full suite of digital marketing support. We designed and built a new mobile-optimised website that reflected Rainbow Rogues’ inclusive values, with clear navigation, strong calls to action, and a focus on volunteer sign-ups and event promotion. A fully integrated form submission system was implemented, immediately increasing enquiry and lead volumes.

We supported volunteer recruitment through the creation of digital job adverts and recruitment platform management. We carried out keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO improvements to increase organic visibility and help families and supporters find relevant services more easily.

Alongside this, we supported organic and paid social activity through content planning, design guidance, and posting strategies that highlighted events, family stories, and volunteer opportunities. We also launched targeted ads to raise awareness of safe spaces and counselling services, and advised on messaging tone, visual consistency, and storytelling to ensure communications remained authentic, inclusive, and engaging.

Result

Rainbow Rogues established a strong, accessible digital presence aligned with their mission and values. The charity benefitted from increased enquiries, improved volunteer recruitment, stronger organic visibility, and growing community engagement.
